Send a Green Mom to Copenhagen!

The Huffington Post, in conjunction with, is sponsoring a contest to send one person to the UN Climate Change Conference to represent the concerns of people around the world and to report back daily. My daughter, who blogs at Retro Housewife Goes Green, is part of the Green Moms Carnival of bloggers and has asked me to vote for Diane MacEachern and then spread the word. Ms. MacEachern is a best-selling author, environmental activist and green mom. This is what the Retro Housewife has to say about her:

After getting to know Diane through the Green Moms Carnival I am very happy to give her my endorsement. She will do a great job representing us "regular people" in Copenhagen. She is a wonderful mother, tireless activist, amazing writer, and a caring friend.

She is committed to the health of children, the environment, and social justice. She is very compassionate and committed to these causes.

For more information about Diane, take a look at the following links: changes-do- make-difference/

Thanks for posting!! Diane is awesome and we are really hoping to get her there. When we talked about if we wanted to send someone everyone agreed that Diane should be our nominee.

Be sure to send Huffington Post and e-mail saying your blog endorses her. :)
